Payment can be made into any of our bank accounts (Nedbank, FNB,
ABSA, Capitec or Standard Bank). Use your order number as a reference.
If your bank is ABSA, transfer to our ABSA Account… Then payment
reflects immediately and we can send your goods out the same day
(provided payment is received before 1pm). Bank transfers take 1-2
days to reflect if you transfer between different banks. Goods are
released once payment has been received & confirmed.
Paying by cash or cheque into any of our bank accounts is acceptable.
Please note that cheques take approx. 7-10 days to clear which will result
in a delay with sending your goods.
Payment by credit card is no longer permitted due to un-authorized
use of cards. We apologize for this inconvenience.

DELIVERIES
We make use of a nationwide courier service who deliver throughout South Africa (door to door service). The courier service does not deliver to a post office (P.O. Box). In general, orders over R800 are sent at no extra charge to you (we cover the R140 courier fee)*. For orders under R800, a charge of R140 is added to cover the courier fee.*
*However, remote towns or distant areas in South Africa may only be covered by an additional surcharge (e.g. outlying farms, areas with no street names, or other hard to reach places for the courier). Over the past 2 years, petrol and courier costs have increased drastically and we can’t carry these additional charges any longer. We will contact you if your area is one of these and give you the option to pay in for the excess delivery fee. Alternatively you can send your own courier to collect from us. The surcharge could be up to R2,500. In such extreme cases we will refund you. Even some towns on a main route .. like Beaufort West, are considered remote and a surcharge of R500 is applicable for this town. Towns like Springbok, Danielskuil, Lamberts Bay and Kakemas are over R600. Please email us if you are not sure about your area. For orders over 10Kg, there may also be an additional surcharge.
These are some areas may attract a surcharge : Umtentweni, St Helena Bay, Vrede, Lindley, Montagu, Hartswater, Matatiele, Hopefield, Vredenburg, Glencoe, Frankfort, Richards Bay, Tulbagh, Langebaan, Moorreesburg, Scottburg South, Uvongo, Hilton (pmb), Fraserburg, Dundee, King Williams Town, Howick, Hoopstad, Umtata, Vryburg, Hertzogville, Waterkloof Ridge, Gordon Bay, Kokstad, Prieska, Pennington, Wembley (pmb), Kakamas, Danielskuil, Vredendal, Queenstown, Vryheid, Warner Beach, Bull Hill, Shelly Beach, Kuruman, Fauresmith, Kathu, Harrismith, Etwatwa (dbn), Lady Brand, Kirkwood, Mthatha, Bothaville, Postmasburg, Pmb, Port Alfred, South Broom, Verulam, Somerset West, Upington, Margate, .. etc
Once payment has been received and your order packed and invoiced, you will receive an email with your VAT invoice attached, also showing your waybill number and the courier contact details.
Expect delivery to outlying towns within 2-3 days (excluding weekends). For main cities (e.g Durban, JHB, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, ..) expect delivery within 1-2 days (excluding weekends). Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
The courier service collects from us at around 3pm daily (monday to friday). Goods are then despatched overnight by truck to main centres around the country. We do not offer same day deliveries. We need to have received your payment and packed your order before 3pm for it to go out on the same day with the courier.
Please use your Order Number as a reference when making payment. Using words like “planet nails” or “stock” or “order” or .. make it impossible for us to know who made the payment. This will result in no order being packed until you contact us to let us know it was you who made the anonymous payment.
Payments made after 1pm -> your order only gets sent out the following day.
Payments after 1pm on fridays -> your order will be sent out on monday.
The courier is not able to accept cash or payments or stock on our behalf.
The courier only operates during office hours – monday to friday.
We do not deliver furniture (beds, tables, chairs,..) or beauty cases. This is due to problems with goods arriving damaged. The insurance and costs for sending these bulky goods is very high. You are however welcome to collect or send your own courier.
Outside of South Africa .. please arrange your own courier service for delivery to areas outside of South Africa.
Returns.. No on-site warranty is offered for any of our products. Please contact us if you have a problem and need to send any items back.
